Problem: How can I uninstall Radialpoint Security Services?

Solution: Use Windows Control Panel programs to uninstall Radialpoint Security Services:

Windows XP:

1. From the Radialpoint Security Services top bar, click File then Exit.
2. Go to Start and then click Control Panel.
3. Click Add/Remove Programs.
4. Select Radialpoint Security Services then click the Change/Remove button.

Windows Vista:

1. From the Radialpoint Security Services top bar, click File then Exit.
2. Go to Start and then click Control Panel.
3. Click Programs then Programs and Features.
4. Select Radialpoint Security Services in the list and click Change/Uninstall.
5. When the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Continue.

Follow the onscreen instructions and restart the computer when prompted.

If the removal was unsuccessful, run the Radialpoint Security Services Uninstall Tool (RPSUU.exe) Note: This tool will not remove the data files associated with Radialpoint Security Services folder thus users will not have to reactivate or redo their settings when reinstalling.
