Question: How do I prevent files from being scanned by the Anti-Spyware service?

Answer: To add a file to the Anti-Spyware exception list:

  1. Open Radialpoint Titanium Managed Security.
  2. Click on the Anti-Spyware service.
  3. Click on Manage exception list.
  4. Click the Add link.
  5. From the list, choose the file you wish to prevent from being scanned and click the Open button.

Why would I add files to the Exception list?

The Exception List is used to ignore the scanning of specific files or folders that you consider safe. Note: The Exception List is shared between the Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and Proactive Protection services.
